For Valentine’s Day this year, the Chehalis-Centralia Railroad invites friends and families to enjoy a unique experience on the vintage 1916 steam locomotive, pulling a 1920s dining car through the Chehalis River Valley. Each train accommodates 60 people and only one excursion is planned each evening. This year we doubled the occupancy and therefore hope to serve everyone who wants to join us.
The Sweetheart Dinner Train excursions are set for Saturday and Sunday, February 9, 10 and 16, 17. The train departs the station at 4:30 p.m. and returns at 6:30 p.m. A four-course dinner is served with your choice of prime rib, salmon or chicken cordon bleu and either champagne or sparkling cider. The cost is $65 pp. Reservations must be made by the Sunday (5 days) prior to the departure date. The last chance for reservations will be February 12. Seating choices and tickets must be reserved online http://steamtrainride.com/valentine-sweetheart-train-2018/.
