Spring Arrives on the Easter Eggspress, April 9 & 16, 2022

Chehalis WA. – The Chehalis-Centralia Railroad invites friends and families to celebrate spring
and the Easter season on Saturday, April 9 and 16. Each train ride will be followed by an Easter
Egg Hunt. Candy-filled eggs will be hidden in the field at the depot. Covered and open-air cars
will provide seating. Age groups for the Easter Egg hunt are up to 3 years, 4-7 years, and ages 8-12.
Bring your own baskets. The cost is $17 per person. Children 3 and under are free for the ride and
egg hunt.

The ½ hour Easter Eggspress excursions are set for Saturday, April 9 & 16 at 10 am, 11:30 pm,
1:00pm and 2:30pm. Reservations (general seating) must be made online prior to the event at
SteamTrainRide.com. Rain or Shine! The trains are unheated, so dress appropriately. The train
ride departs from the Depot located in Chehalis at 1101 SW Sylvenus Street, across from the
Veteran’s Memorial Museum. Please arrive ½ prior to boarding. Free parking is available.
