Before going to a Hiring Event, Indeed recommends researching the employers that will be at the event. Learn about the job openings they have, and what they are looking for in quality candidates. Bring a handful of resumes and business cards if you have them to hand out. Be prepared to speak to hiring managers and have mini-interviews on the spot.
