Get Paid to Train New Employees!

As the economy continues to improve, more businesses are hiring new employees to help meet increased demand for their products and services. If you want to expand your business but can’t afford the cost of recruiting and training new employees, WorkSource may have a solution for you.
The On-the-Job training (OJT) program can connect you with motivated job seekers and partially reimburse you for wages, if you agree to hire and teach them necessary skills for the job. How long you get reimbursed will depend on the type of job and extent of training needed.
