Beyond video Pilates!We interface the principles of Pilates with a variety of props such as balls and bands to tighten and sculpt your belly, hips and core in this dynamic class designed for all levels of experience. This class promotes strength, flexibility, balance and body awareness. Focus on core strength, endurance and support to your entire spine.
Classes are open to clients of all levels. Self-moderation is required and modifications are suggested to make moves more supported or more challenging, as needed.
