From families and brew fanatics to auto enthusiasts and art lovers, Historic Downtown Chehalis will be brimming with fun activities for everyone throughout the day at 2016 ChehalisFest.


“Planning is underway for this year’s ChehalisFest,” said Andy Skinner, with the Lewis County Historical Museum, who is leading this year’s event. This year’s event line-up includes:

ARTrails of SWW Plein Air Artists and Sale

Kid Zone Inflatables, Face Painting, and Fun

Sidewalk Sales

Taste of the Pacific Northwest and Street Dance

9th Annual Chariots Car Show

RallyCross at Port of Chehalis

Free Young Eagle Flights for Ages 8-17 at Chehalis-Centralia Airport

See & Touch Military Display at the Veterans Memorial Museum

Harry Potter Scavenger Hunt

Free Steam Train Rides with pre-reservations at the Historical Museum


And to all the Pokemon Go Trainers out there, the Vernetta Smith Chehalis Timberland Library & Lewis County Historical Museum will activate lures for the Pokestops throughout downtown Chehalis from 10am – 5pm.  Share your Pokemon adventure at the library to receive a small prize.
