Chamber Forum, June 2019

Our monthly June Forum featured James McCafferty, Director – Center for Economic and Business Research with Western Washington University. McCafferty explained to attendees how information was analyzed to better forecast economic growth in the many different areas of Washington state. Insights from data included unique information about Lewis County and it’s forecast for growing future sectors. One major area of growth included Health Care and Social Assistance with a +1.5 year over year rate of growth.
More information will be posted later when we are able to share the slide presentation that McCaffery gave during the forum.
We would also like to say thank you to all who were able to attend, Chamber Forum sponsors, and businesses donating items for our Rob Fuller Scholarship raffle: Custom Security, TwinStar Credit Union, Jan Leadbetter, and Grocery Outlet.
